Looking at the positives
So far throughout my journey, I’ve been too focused on the positives
I see myself not losing weight and not seeing progress so I become discouraged and quit.
Well this time I’m going to concentrate on the positives and what I’ve done well.

Reasons I Won't lose weight
I give into cravings like it’s no bodies business - I can’t reisist and I haven’t found a way to resist. I’ve heard the whole “drink a glass of water” but after i drink the water, i just give in anyway. Ugh
I lose motivation- It’s pretty awful. I want results and I want them now, so when i don’t see them soon enough i give up.
I’m so SICK and...
My birthday Weekend took a toll on my diet
It was my 21st and I ate and drank waaaaaayy more than I should have…
