Reasons I Won't lose weight
I give into cravings like it’s no bodies business - I can’t reisist and I haven’t found a way to resist. I’ve heard the whole “drink a glass of water” but after i drink the water, i just give in anyway. Ugh I lose motivation- It’s pretty awful.
