You’d think that once you move out of the dorms, everything will be great. you get to buy your own food which means you are at your control for what goes into your mouth and onto your body
Yea it sounds great, but it really isn’t.
The first week you’re like I’m gonna be so healthy! with veggies and fruit and Kashi products and organic shit.
you do realize how expensive that all is right?
So the next time you go you’re like well fuck it, old habits it is. and then the next time you go shopping you find your happy medium, which is half healthy half shit.
let me tell you, you buy A LOT of frozen dinners, which are packed with sodium, and let’s not even talk about how processed those foods are. Blech!
well here I am, almost done with my first semester living alone and i’ve had it with my bad habits. I’m done with the stomach aches and the cravings that i constantly give in to. I’m done with the sneaking of the candy. Don’t even get me started on Gushers and Fruit by the Foot (my weakness)
I’m over it. Done. Later sweets. I am now doing what i’ve always wanted to do, and that’s joining Weight Watchers.
My best friends friends from school went on it and they look amazing! All it is, is self control, which i need to learn so badly. I have NONE. So starting Friday, after I get paid, I’m going on Weight Watchers and finally kissing my old habits goodbye.
I WILL REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT! I WILLLLL
