I’m gonna be honest, I haven’t worked out really. I mean I did do a bit of walking in the city the other day, and i’ve been to a lot of outdoor shopping centers with my mom and sisters. I know that sounds weird but you do a lot of walking while shopping for 2 hours. But other than that I’ve been watching very closely what i’ve eaten.
I decided to stop eating meat, thanks to reading skinny bitch. So i’ve been good with that for the past week.
I’ve tracked all my points and have been eating fruit up the butt cause they’re 0 pts which is great.
We also just got a new WW scale, so I’m not sure if i’ve actually lost weight or if the new scale is acurate, BUT regardless I’ve lost 3 lbs according to the new scale compared to the old.
Last week i weight in at 145, and this morning I was 142.2. So yay! So far so good, just gotta keep it up :)
