Sluggish, you don’t want to move. all that sugar you just consumed is now pushed down into your stomach begging you not to move an inch. The last thing you want to do is upset the sugar and fat that’s trying to build a summer home in your digestive tract.
Tired and unmotivated: working out would be the last thing on your mind at this point. again moving: that’s out of the question
Full and uncomfortable. Your stomach feels coated with a lining that will not go away. You feel the urge to vomit, but won’t cause it will cause more problems
Emotionally you feel defeated. Was it worth it in the end? that 45 to 60 min workout you did today… all wasted, for what? a couple grams of sugar. Shame on yourself for letting your cravings get the best of you.
Advise: drink water and eat a damn apple. you’ll save yourself the self loathing and quality time with your toilet in the morning from all the rejected crap your body digested. You’re welcome
